Terms

Terms should match the platform, the product flows, and the creator model.

These terms cover account use, content rights, platform behavior, and future paid features across Arktion’s public and protected surfaces.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must have the legal capacity to use the service in your region.
  • Keep your credentials secure and do not share accounts in a way that creates abuse or liability.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless a security issue is reported and verified.

Content and rights

  • Creators retain ownership of their work unless a separate licensing agreement says otherwise.
  • By uploading content, you grant Arktion the rights needed to display, process, store, and distribute it within the service.
  • You may not upload content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or breaks applicable law.

Payments, subscriptions, and platform features

  • Some features may become paid or gated later; pricing and refund rules should always be shown before purchase.
  • Earnings, withdrawals, and creator monetization are governed by the policies shown in the creator area.
  • We may change, suspend, or retire features if the product, legal, or security situation requires it.

Acceptable use and enforcement

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it illegally, or reverse engineer access controls.
  • Do not use the platform for spam, harassment, malware, or fraudulent activity.
  • We may moderate content, limit access, or suspend accounts when the rules are violated or the platform is at risk.

Liability and changes

  • The service is provided as-is unless a formal agreement says otherwise.
  • We may update these terms as the product evolves; the effective date should always be visible.
  • Material changes should be communicated before or when they take effect where the law requires it.
